Bring A Friend. Learning is More Fun with Friends! 

Enjoy Flame Centre Public Workshop discounts with your friends and colleagues when you both attend our workshop. Here’s how it works:

​

  • Talk to your friends about an upcoming workshop by Flame Centre and invite them. Register with your friend’s name and email/ mobile number. Be sure to include the discount code in the Referral Code box.

  • You and your friend should be self-sponsored individuals, attending the same workshop, on the same day. 

  • To receive a 10% discount, you and your friend should register during the given period of 5 days. 

  • Upon successful registration, you will both receive an invoice with a 10% discount. Payment should be done within 3 business days. 

  • Should your friend fail to register and pay in a given time, you will receive a new invoice with regular fees. If you have made the payment, you need to top-up the discount amount, cancelling the 10% discount. 

  • Discount is invalid when:

    • Registration and payment is not received within the given time.

    • Cancellation by either party.

    • Postponement of workshop by either party.

  • You can invite as many as 5 friends to get a 15% discount. 
     

  • Flame Centre reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with effect for the future at any time.

Please note:

Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy*

  • All notice of withdrawal must be given in writing.

  • No refund of course fees will be approved if course materials have been collected by participant.

  • For cancellations received in writing, refunds will be given according to the following:

 

Percentage of fees refundable, if written notice of cancellation received before written confirmation sent:

50% - Less than 15 but more than 10 business days before Course Start Date

25% - Less than 10 but more than 5 business days before Course Start Date

0% - Less than 5 business days before Course Start Date

 

  • In unexpected circumstances, Flame Centre may need to amend, cancel, modify, or withdraw any courses. Every effort will be made to communicate early to participants by text messages or email. Participant will have the option to register for an alternative date or have paid fees refunded.

Request for Change*

  • Under special arrangements, you may request for variations in your registration. This may be a request for substitution/replacement and/or postponement of commencement date or inter-course transfer. All requests for change must be made in writing and received by us no later than three weeks before course commencement.
     

  • Any request for any change from the original registration should be received at least two weeks before the date of commencement of the workshop you registered for.

    All requests for change are subject to review, verification and acceptance by The Flame Centre.
