  • Understand your personalised Learning Agility Profile; your motivation, attitudes, process and workplace conditions

Using our ARCS™ model and our tech-enabled learning platform, we will focus on: 
 

  • Aim: process to clarify the direction of your growth based on values, curiosity and trends.
     

  • Realise: identify blindspots, strengths and areas of development and how to solicit feeback for learning.
     

  • Commit: Overcome challenges in learning by developing metacognitive ability and improving one's learning process.

Day 1, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • What is learning agility and why is it important now
  • Learning motivation based on purpose, career success and stimulation
  • Development compass distilling your learning direction
  • Learning attitudes and identifying barriers in your learning mindset
  • Blindspots and growing through the eyes of other
  • Learning process towards accelerated skill mastery
  • Strategies to learn, unlearn and relearn
  • Structure of reflection from insights to actions
  • Planning and acting on development activities
  • Workplace learning conditions
  • Designing a learning rich job and feedback routines
     
Bridge assignments - Implement learning activities and receive bite-size
