Lynn Cowart is responsible for the quality delivery and implementation of Career Systems International’s (CSI) learning solutions which includes facilitation, coaching and consulting. She provides expertise in the areas of executive coaching, retention, organizational, management and career development and will play a strategic role in the development and certification of CSI’s global team of facilitators and trainers. Prior to this role, Lynn was a CSI Senior Consultant and Facilitator delivering solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. In that role she saw first-hand the impact CSI solutions have on employees and organizations’ bottom lines.
